Millennials populations.


Chelsea C. Williams, talent strategist, corporate trainer & facilitator, and professional speaker, is passionate about helping organizations bridge the talent gap for the future. 

As the Founder & CEO of College Code, Chelsea supports national organizations in
developing and retaining diverse early career talent. Prior to leading College Code, she
held 10 years of experience in global human capital across North America, Europe, and
Asia. She started her career on Wall Street at Barclays Investment Bank.
Chelsea is a frequent speaker at national conferences and leadership summits on talent
development and diversity, equity, and inclusion at work. Chelsea's programs have supported and empowered employees, leaders, and students at: Scholastic, Black Enterprise, Major League Soccer, Penguin Random House, Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, The University of Chicago, and Clemson University.
Chelsea obtained her BA in Economics from Spelman College. She currently resides in New York City.
